I'm having another troubled day with binge eating today!!!!! I woke up feeling unmotivated and just couldnt be bothered going 4 a run or doing much else 4 tht matta i had enough motivation and ppl around me to pull myself 2gether 2 cme 2 wrk but apart from tht ive been eating far 2 much 2day and feel sick and fat and lazy!!!!!

If anyone has some positvie advice or tips on how i can pull myslef 2gether and get bk in2 living my life happily plz post and let me know!!!!! I'm meant 2 be training 4 a half marathon and i've been doing alrite i suppose accept 4 2day i just cant be bothered doing nething!
im soph 19yrs old come from a small town called oamaru in newzealand ive been trying 2 recover frm bulimia or some kinda ed like dat 4 4yrs getting closer evryday to being well again :).

Are you drinking lots of water? How about a motivation. Set yourself a goal and give yourself a reward when you get to it...not a food one of course. I like to reward myself with music CD's or music downloads to my IPOD. Just a suggestion. Search for a motivator to help you.

hi Icare my goal for today is to tidy out 1 of my draws and then i'm going 2 do sum training 4 da 1/2 marathon i'm doing in sept. 18km run 2 b precise i'm not in the mood cos i'm feeling lazy and unmotivated but after i do it i thk i'll feel much betta! I'll let u know how tht goes

that run made me feel 100% better and i'm now feeling more motivated to keep moving and doing things rather than being lazy and eating all the time :) so hopefully i can keep this up i'm just making myself small goals 2 get done at a time at the mo and tht seems 2 b wrkn!

Small goals are good. They aren't so overwhelming and are easier to achieve. I'm glad that you r feeling better.

I think i'm getting there and slowly making progress. It was my mums bday yesterday and i was feeling quite tired and hungry she got this sweet biscuit/slice sorta thing 4 her bday and i ate 5 and 1/2 pieces of that and then we went out 4 tea and i had 2 eggs,mushrooms,salad for tea and then a strawberry sundae from the kids dessert menu.
After that i was full i didnt really ova do it i dnt think altho today my jeans feel tight and i do feel fat.

I'm working at the moment and so thts ok but i just feel fat and like i've put weight on every1 tells me its all in my head tho! I really don't know tho
