Harmony Grove Supportive Living for Eating Wellness is a 6-bed transitional living house in sunny San Diego, CA. We serve women 18 and above who are overcoming anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorders. The beautiful, yet comfortable house is overlooking the Pacific Ocean. We provide 24-hour specialized staff, meal support, grocery shopping support, shared meal prep, educational classes, and many healing and fun activities. Guests can enjoy beach walks, hiking, yoga, art & music classes, and a dreams workshop. Harmony Grove can be a lower cost alternative to expensive treatment centers as we work along with outpatient programs and eating disorder professionals in the San Diego area.
Guests can attend an intensive outpatient program, day treatment, or individual therapy depending on their level of car needs.
Harmony Grove is also a step-down program for those leaving a hospital or residential treatment. Many times a brief hospital stay is not long enough to overcome years of harmful habits.
