Rachel Finch-Knightley, 25, suffered from severe anorexia for seven years from the age of 15. When her weight plummeted to a critical level, she was admitted to an eating disorder clinic in Boston, MA, where she took part in an intense program of rehabilitation. She believes that regular sessions of art therapy greatly assisted her recovery.
