Little girl in the corner
Gently rocking
Little girl in the corner
Softly cryingYour heart is broken
Your spirit torn
Your stomach empty
The voices screamingNo one to hold her
No one to stop the pain
She's all alone with the voices
They torment her soLittle girl in the corner
Silently dyingYour throat is bleeding
Your body starved
Your arms bear the scars of punishment
Your eyes tell the story of lonelinessLittle girl in the corner
Letting goThe war is over
Your pain is gone
The voices silentDon't cry for her
She fought hard
Her mind is at peace
Her tears are gone
Her spirit lifted to heavenDon't cry little one
